M&M Engineering Services Inc. was established by a team of structural and geotechnical engineers who believed that integrating these two disciplines from the outset produces better, safer, and more cost-effective outcomes for every project.
Our Story
Founded on Technical Depth
M&M Engineering was founded in Toronto by senior engineers with deep roots in both structural and geotechnical practice. Rather than treating these disciplines as separate engagements, our founders built the firm around the principle that subsurface conditions and above-grade structures must be understood together — from the first site visit through to construction completion.
Over the years, the firm has grown into a full-service engineering consultancy serving developers, municipalities, industrial clients, and public agencies across Ontario and beyond. Our work spans new construction, rehabilitation, environmental assessment, and infrastructure renewal — always with the same commitment to technical rigour that defined the firm from day one.
Today, M&M Engineering brings together 3 licenced engineers, two CAD staff and one Architect across three engineering disciplines — structures, geotechnical, and civil with a track record of 6 completed projects and 25 years of practice in the Toronto market and across Canada.
